A compact camera module was needed for industrial handheld terminals, capable of high-speed, high-accuracy QR code reading. Stable reading performance in harsh indoor/outdoor environments was required, along with long-term reliable supply.
Solution
CSUN developed a QR code reading camera module combining a dedicated image processing pipeline with an industrial image sensor. We handled everything from lens selection and module design to production calibration.
Result
5,000+ camera modules shipped in mass production. Stable reading performance and quality management were highly evaluated, leading to adoption in the customer's flagship product line.
